Hello, I'm Dayna.

I am an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and Accredited Schema Therapist with a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Mental Health and Psychological Therapies, and a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. With over nine years of NHS experience, I specialise in autism assessment across the lifespan, alongside supporting individuals experiencing mental health difficulties and emotional dysregulation. I have a particular interest in recognising the diverse ways autism can present, especially in those whose experiences may have previously been overlooked or misunderstood.

I am passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences and develop a deeper understanding of themselves in a way that feels meaningful, validating, and empowering.

I understand that seeking an autism assessment can bring a mixture of emotions. Whether you have been considering it for years or are exploring it for the first time, my aim is to ensure you feel supported, understood, and at ease throughout the process.

I believe every person's story is unique. My assessments are neuroaffirming, inclusive, and shaped by an understanding of how factors such as gender, culture, identity, life experiences, and mental health influence each person's experiences. Above all, I strive to create a warm, compassionate environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

Hello, I'm Nicole

I am a HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist with over seven years of experience supporting children and young people aged 0–25 with a wide range of additional needs. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Doctorate in Educational Psychology, and have worked across both Local Authority services and private practice.

I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-informed assessments and consultations that recognise each child or young person's unique strengths, needs, and aspirations. I work collaboratively with families, schools, colleges, and other professionals to develop practical recommendations that promote positive educational, social, and emotional outcomes.

My specialist interests include autism, particularly the presentation of autism in girls, children's mental health, and understanding how social justice and intersectionality influence development, wellbeing, and access to support. I am passionate about ensuring that my assessments are culturally responsive, neuroaffirming, and centred on the individual.

Above all, I strive to create a supportive, respectful environment where children, young people, and their families feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the assessment process. My goal is to help each individual gain a greater understanding of themselves and access the meaningful support they need to thrive in education and beyond.
